Frequently Asked Questions

Common ChannelDeck questions about channels, shared data, billing, workflow, and the demo.

Does ChannelDeck copy my YouTube data

No. Creator Suite owns the shared channel, video, and analytics records. ChannelDeck stores only its product context, such as pipeline state, sponsors, CTAs, goals, reviews, and asset metadata.

Can I connect multiple channels

Yes. Switch channels from the sidebar. ChannelDeck-owned records are scoped to the canonical user and selected channel.

What happens when I move a video to Published

The production state changes, but the shared YouTube record remains the source of truth for the actual published upload. Once the shared service matches the project to a video, ChannelDeck can show its performance beside the review.

When is a weekly review created

The API Worker will own the review schedule and assemble the relevant published videos and metrics. The frontend shows the review when it is ready.

Where are admin tools

Product administration and fleet health live in the central Creator Suite admin Worker. There is no ChannelDeck-local admin dashboard in this application.

Can I try ChannelDeck without signing in

Yes. The demo at /demo/ uses sample production and business data and does not access a real channel.
