Setup checklist

  1. Sign in with the shared Creator Suite account.
  2. Connect or select the YouTube channel you manage.
  3. Confirm the correct channel appears in the sidebar.
  4. Add active ideas and video projects.
  5. Put each project in its real production stage.
  6. Add current sponsor and CTA commitments.
  7. Set one measurable goal.

ChannelDeck should reflect current work before you spend time importing old notes and spreadsheets.
